How it works

You'll know what it costs
before you commit to anything.

Four stages. One price to start. A plan you own at the end of it, whether you film with us or not.

no lock-in, no mystery invoices, no surprises

The whole thing, end to end

Six stops, and you'll know the cost of every one.

    When you need us

The FUEL framework.

Four stages. The first two are the Starting Line, where we work out what's worth doing. The last two are where we make it and get it working.

F

Find

Where you're trying to get to: your business, your buyers, your objectives, and what sets you apart.

U

Understand

What you've already got inside: the real expertise, stories and content worth building on.

E

Execute

Make the content. The whole production, pre to post, handled.

L

Launch

Get it out where your buyers are, and set you up to keep it running.

Find + Understand are the Starting Line. Execute + Launch are the video.

How we work together

Everyone starts in the same place, at the same price.

The first conversation is free. After that, everyone starts in the same place, at the same price.

Step one
The Starting Line
$4,500 + GST
around two weeks

We dig into your business and hand you a 12-month video strategy you own.

  • The videos worth making, in priority order
  • Who fronts each one
  • What to repurpose from what you've already got
  • Where each one goes to reach your buyers
  • A month-by-month schedule
  • A straight read on what your marketing is and isn't doing

A year's worth of thinking, not a year's worth of commitment. Run it at whatever pace suits, with us or without us.

The bit nobody costs in

The plan is the cheapest money you'll spend. It's also the money that saves the rest.

Say you spend $15,000 filming a library of videos. If half of them were never going to do a job, that's $7,500 you've set fire to, and you won't find out for a year. The Starting Line costs less than that, and it's the thing that stops it happening.

Filming without a plan
  • You film whatever seems like a good idea on the day
  • Forty videos, most of which nobody needed
  • They land nowhere in particular and get used once
  • No way of telling which ones did anything
  • Next year you start from scratch again
Filming with one
  • You film the twelve worth making
  • Each one has a job, an audience, and somewhere to live
  • Anything usable you already own gets reused, which costs you less
  • You know what to watch for
  • The year is mapped, so it doesn't fizzle out after the first shoot

Step two: we make it

$3,500 to $20,000 + GST. Where you land depends on what the plan turns up, not on what we think you can afford. Less if you've got footage we can use, if we're filling gaps rather than starting over, or if someone on your team can shoot. Production can be phased. Or take the plan and have it costed elsewhere. You don't have to use us.

Step three: we help you launch it

Support hours to put the plan into practice: where each video goes, how your team uses it, what to watch for. You do the publishing, we're on hand while you find your feet. After that, come back for the next wave whenever you're ready.

If you've been burned before

Spent good money on a video that did nothing? That's rarely the video's fault.

Nobody worked out what to make, who should be in it, or where it needed to go. The Starting Line is the cheapest part of the whole thing, and it's the part that decides whether the expensive part works.
